A new 1,300 sf restaurant, featuring a scalable vertical garden system composed of raw steel, reclaimed wood, and air plants native to Southern California, in addition to a free–standing awning, custom roof enclosure, and side fence at the property line. The business has since franchised and now includes locations across Los Angeles, each featuring the same design elements and material palette developed for the original location.
