Glover Art Studios, Frogtown

An adaptive re-use of an existing warehouse and manufacturing facility to create a 5,000 sf mixed–use events and arts performance space, in addition to a suite of 11 artist studios, ranging from 250 to 700 sf each. The project also includes an exterior cafe and sculpture garden adjacent to the L.A. River bike path.
